After spending multiple summers working festivals, weddings and events for separate food stalls, we (Tom & Anna) realised we had the ambition and skills to be able to do it ourselves. It was at WOMAD 2018, after trying to find some tasty gluten free dinner (for a hangry Anna), that the idea was fully born.
Anna has studied nutrition and been a chalet chef in the French Alps, while Tom has been working in hospitality for over a decade. We both wanted to be able to channel all our experience, energy and enthusiasm into our own food stall.
Being gluten free, and at times in the past dairy free, vegetarian and pescatarian, Anna is especially aware of providing quality, tasty food for people who need alternative dietary requirements, especially at festivals or out and about in town. Our menu has been developed ourselves through our shared love of cooking and experimenting with the strong and delicious flavours associated with Mexican cuisine!
We are passionate about Mexican food and aim to combine locally sourced, quality ingredients authentically to provide healthy, wholesome street food. We can adapt all our food to be solely vegetarian or vegan, and gluten free where required.
