Thyme and Tide

Chef Lee Lakes passions for good food, travel, and the sea come together in Thyme & Tide. Based by the coast in Cornwall we are lucky to have access to wonderful fresh fish and shellfish, so our focus is on sustainable seafood and vegetarian food.
With over 18 years experience as a chef, Lee Lake’s inspiration for food comes from his travels to Japan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, America & Portugal as well as the abundant local produce and seafood available in Cornwall. Making the most of the wonderful seafood available in Cornwall he combines this with spice and flavours inspired by travels abroad.
You either eat to live or live to eat – we favour the latter.
