Ticket sales and booking fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Please read through our ticket terms and conditions before purchasing tickets.
We allow the reselling of tickets, ID is not required for ticket holders meaning tickets can easily be transferred. Please ensure if sold you forward your original ticket confirmation email to the buyer.
We offer concessions tickets free of charge to carers. If you require a carer to assist you attending the event please purchase yourself the ticket you require, and then when you come to the box office to collect your wristband please attend with your carer and our staff will be more than happy to issue them a ticket free of charge. Please bring a carers ID card or relevant documents confirming carer status.
The festival is held on a shingle beach. We have secured parking on the main Blackpool Sands Beach front carpark for all blue badge holders who have purchased tickets to the festival. This is a private carpark run by the Blackpool Sands attendants. On arrival to the carpark please let them know you are attending the festival and they will direct you to the top section of the carpark which is the closest possible parking available. Blackpool Sands will charge £8 per vehicle for a full day parking pass.
Disabled toilets will be available on site. If you have particular needs; we may be able to assist you depending on your circumstances. Please get in touch with us so that we can discuss how we may be able to help.
Yes, tickets are required per person not per vehicle, tent or campervan. If a group of people attending the festival would like to camp, each person in the group will need to purchase a weekend camping ticket.

Yes, we run our own camp site for tents and campervans located at the top of the hill on Mill rd overlooking the gorgeous valleys of Blackpool Sands. For more information please head to our campsite guide.
The carpark is located at the top of the hill on Mill rd, Stoke Fleming. Signposts will mark the route to the car park over the course of the festival. You can buy a parking ticket in advance or pay on the day. Parking costs £8 a day. For Weekend Camping ticket holders parking is included in the ticket price.
Yes, we will provide a shuttle bus service from the campsite to the beach carpark throughout each day of the festival. There will be attendants and security to direct you to where the specific pick up and drop off locations are.
No food or soft drinks will be allowed into the venue.
No alcohol is to be brought to the festival. A fully licensed bar will be serving alcoholic and soft beverages. A strict challenge 21 policy will be in operation. We allow empty metal and plastic reusable water bottles into the festival, there will be refill stations available on site.
A wide selection of food traders will be available in the festival itself from the time of opening to closing.

Both! All our vendors and bars in the festival will take cash and card payments. We would advise maybe bringing along some cash as a backup!
Yes! You can bring your own deck chairs or foldable chairs into the venue. We only ask that if for any reason our security team need you to move that you do so kindly.
Of course! However, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Security can at their discretion enforce a maximum of 2 under 18s to be escorted by 1 responsible adult. Strictly no alcohol for under 18’s.
No dogs will be allowed in the festival area, sorry!
Yes, once you have collected your wristband you will be able to leave and re enter the festival during open hours.
Please note: The security team will check all belongings each time you re enter. Under 18’s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult to regain entry into the venue.
